New York Overweight Tickets To Be Harder To Beat

New York truck tickets will be issued to truck drivers as a result of weight-activated cameras which snap photos of vehicles which exceed maximum overweight laws. Using technology similar to red-light traffic cameras, a sensor weights the truck as it passes the scale and snaps a photo of offending trucks.

Municipalities continue to use technology to enforce vehicle and traffic laws.

In fact, speed cameras are coming to New York City real soon.  They will be installed near various NYC schools.
