Last February, I wrote about an Ohio truck driver who loves pornography in a post entitled “Porn And Driving Don’t Mix“. I explained that he loves his porn so much that he thought it would be a good idea to watch porn on his laptop while driving his tractor trailer on the New York Thruway. Obviously distracted, he was involved in an accident causing the death of a 33-year old mother when his rig struck a disabled car.
This week, the truck driver, Thomas Wallace, pled guilty to second degree manslaughter and was sentenced to 3 to 9 years.
