Strict Enforcement Alert: Hylan Boulevard in Staten Island

Between January 14th to January 25th, police officers have issued 87 speeding tickets and 115 cell phone violations to motorists on Hylan Boulevard, south of Richmond Avenue. The initiative was begun in response to last month’s fatal car accident in Annadale that claimed the life of a teacher.
