I am wondering what my readers view as the most dangerous type of moving violation. Of course, all of them raise safety issues but I am looking for what you think is the single, most dangerous one.
Personally, my vote goes to disobeying a red light. Motorists rely on a green light in proceeding through intersections and cross traffic motorists that ignore their red lights can lead to very serious “T-bone” accidents.
What do you think? And why?

Texting is probably the worst for me. I see entirely too many people using devices, with the accompanying lack of attention to the road. I do most of my driving in Arkansas and Oklahoma, where it’s still not illegal to talk on a phone while driving. Every one of these drivers is a hazard.
Tom Beckett,
We agree. No one should look at a phone screen (let alone use it) while driving.
It is not safe.

Driving while doing something else like texting or DUI..it can cause so much trouble though sounds simple.
